Kjærlighet blå (2024–)

The Moomin mug Love is the most popular Moomin mug of all time. This blue version was released 28 years after the original pink version. It was initially available only in Japan, but will later become available elsewhere. Along with the blue Love mug, pink and blue mini mugs, as well as small plates, were released at the same time. Designing this mug Tove Slotte combined images from several different comics. The images are from Tove and Lars Jansson’s comic #15 Snorkmaiden Goes Rococo and Tove Jansson’s #07 Moomin Builds a House. The white, distinctive image of the sun is from Tove Jansson’s comic #10 Moomin Valley Turns Jungle. One of the most well-known illustrations is Moomintroll and Snorkmaiden hugging. The image is originally from Tove Jansson’s comic #11 Moomin and the Martians.
