The 2009 seasonal summer bowl Siesta is the fourth sunny summer bowl, in light blue and green colours. The bowl presents Moominpappa on a meadow, contemplating peacefully under the sun. The original image was a picture of Moomintroll in Tove and Lars Jansson’s comic #16 Conscientious Moomin. Designer Tove Slotte chose the image and changed the character into Moominpappa by adding a top hat on his head. Season stickers have been used in seasonal products since 2006.
