The Moomin Mini Mug Love is part of the new Love collection released in 2024, which became available exclusively in the Japanese market starting on March 1, 2024. In addition to mini mugs, the collection includes a new blue version of the Love Moomin mug originally released in 1996, two small plates, and home textiles. The volume of the mini mug is 12 ml. According to Arabia, at least some of the products will later be available in other markets as well. The illustration on the mini mug is from Tove Jansson's comic strip "Moomin and the Martians" (1957). It features one of the most beloved Moomin illustrations: Moomintroll and Snorkmaiden hug each other.
